Served in a generous wine glass, it is coupled with several bright ice cubes. Before the ice begins to melt, it rapidly reduces the cognac’s temperature revealing the blend’s purity, as well as its subtle yet invigorating spicy notes. The structure of X.O is robust enough to withstand being diluted and once refreshed by the ice, leaves the palate awash with a sensation of coolness.
